Are you a European public organisation (city, region) or a company who is planning to invest in sustainable urban mobility? Then you could get support from a new service contract funded by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport.

The European Commission has hired the services of the Joint Institute for Innovation Policy and The Extremely Useful Company who will help you to assess the investment readiness of your project, identify investment opportunities and connect the project partners with investors and financiers. Up to 20 projects will be selected to receive these services. The focus will be on new mobility services and electromobility, in line with initiatives of the action cluster Sustainable Urban Mobility of the European Innovation Partnership on Smart Cities and Communities.

Project initiators can be public organisations looking for funding or procurement advice as well as private organisations, or a consortium of public and private organisations. The team will proactively identify and contact relevant projects from inter alia the EIP-SCC’s Market Place, from the Horizon 2020 SCC-01 Lighthouse projects and other transport and mobility related FP7 and Horizon 2020 projects, Horizon 2020 CIVITAS projects and the Horizon 2020 SME instrument phase 2 participants.

The events, webinars and other activities organised or attended by the team will be published on the EIP-SCC Market Place.

If you are working on a project plan and would like to discuss the opportunities with the team, please do not hesitate to get in touch:
