Following a record-breaking conference in Brussels, the 2020 POLIS Annual Conference will be held virtually from 30 November to 3 December. The conference was to take place in the Arnhem Nijmegen City Region, Netherlands. Even though we will not be meeting in Arnhem-Nijmegen, this innovative city-region remains our virtual co-host for the conference.

- Is COVID-19 a life-changing moment that offers an opportunity for adapting deeply rooted mobility habits and moving onto a fast track towards sustainable change?
- What are the underlying socio-economic aspects that determine the acceptance of new mobility measures by citizens? Or do we just need political will and courage?
The keynote speaker will be Maarten Tjallingii, Dutch former professional cyclist and advocate of sustainable mobility.
