Valerio holds strong experience in transport projects, with particular focus on assignments at international, EU level.
He has been extensively involved in Impact Assessment and Evaluation studies for European Institutions, covering data gathering, stakeholder consultation activities, and analysis. Similarly Valerio has covered modelling tasks, from the problem identification, data analysis, assumptions definition, to proper model creation.
The work experience ranges from private clients, as for the data collection, analysis, and transport modelling to policy evaluations and assessments for the European Commission. These mainly involved market researches, the analyses and cost modelling, business modelling and financial analyses. In his role in PwC Valerio gained strong skills in desk researches, qualitative and quantitative analyses of data and in case studies. He has also been extensively involved in client and stakeholder direct contact in many projects.
In addition, Valerio has often worked in international teams, enhancing his team-working skills both in relation to senior profiles as well as tutoring more junior resources.
Valerio holds a Master of Science degree in International Management and Marketing at Copenhagen Business School, with a master thesis in Operations Management. He also studied in LUISS (Rome), Regent's College (London) and Witschaftuniversität (Wien).
Within the EIP-SCC Marketplace, he is Action Cluster Manager for the Business Models, Finance and Procurement.
